After component decapsulation, the final step in visual die verification is accomplished thru the use of Ultra High resolution Metallurgical Microscopes fitted with high-resolution digital cameras. Liberty’s Microscopes can provide image resolution down to 2000x.

Digital photos of the die are taken that capture the manufacturers Logo, core part number and any additional relevant die markings that are present. All relevant digital images are supplied to our customers via email or on CD as part of our service.
