Liberty Component Services has (5) “Blue-M” Industrial Convection Batch Ovens for component baking to remove any excessive moisture prior to Dry Packing. The horizontal airflow design of these industrial convection ovens ensures uniform temperatures across all tray layers as well as precise thermal set point control throughout all heating and cooling phases.

We bake all components to the Original Chip Manufactures moisture level specifications. Our large batch ovens utilize a computer interface to allow for custom baking “Profiles” along with data collection and reporting when required.

The size variations in our multiple oven capacity allow Liberty to process jobs ranging in size from single tray “Small Lot” quantities to 100,000 components at a time depending on component package size.

After baking, all component trays are quickly tripled strapped and vacuum sealed. We use only high quality “heavy wall” ESD bags in our “dry packing” process. Each bag is sealed with a Humidity Indicator Card and moisture absorbing desiccant packs inside. All bags are Nitrogen Purged to evacuate remaining room air just prior to sealing. Customer-supplied labeling can be applied upon request.
